Planning aid, not a substitute for verification

JigFoundry is a fabrication planning aid. Hardware revisions, manufacturing tolerances, material thickness, tooling, printer scaling, and shop conditions can affect fit. Verify every critical dimension against the current manufacturer instructions, your actual hardware, and a calibrated measuring tool before cutting or drilling.

Exports and printed jigs

Confirm SVG and DXF units in your CAD or CNC software before machining. Print drilling jigs at 100% or Actual Size, never Fit to Page, and measure the printed calibration marks before use.

Safe operation

Follow the safety instructions supplied with your saws, routers, drills, CNC equipment, and hardware. Use appropriate guards, workholding, eye and hearing protection, and stop if a generated layout cannot be performed safely with your equipment.

No warranty

The site and generated results are provided as-is without warranties. You are responsible for validating dimensions, material compatibility, machine setup, and safe fabrication.
